Shipping and Processing
All orders ship out in approximately 3-5 business days after purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays.
All orders within the United States and Canada ship via Canada Post parcel and include tracking. To keep costs down for our customers, international orders do not come with tracking. If you live outside of the United States and Canada and require a tracking number, please contact us to arrange a shipping method. Once items have been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic orders can take anywhere from 3-8 business days to arrive after they have shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. In some instances it could take longer. In the event that this takes longer please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number.
International orders can take up to one month to arrive after they have been shipped. In some rare instances it could take longer.
International Customs may be assessed and incur a charge (we are not responsible for this charge and have no way of knowing if your package will incur an International Customs charge).
If your package is lost, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number. In cases where it is required, we will intervene with Canada Post disputes to help you track down your package.
Due to the heavy set nature of some of our items, shipping fees are calculated by weight of the items being purchased. All fees are in Canadian dollars.
